Our focus is on innovative companies in wireless communications,
storage, network infrastructure, enterprise software, and
telecommunications preferable headquartered in Southern
California. However, we also will invest in highly disruptive
mid-stage companies located in and outside our southwestern
region. We look for companies with the the right combination
investment factors including: a platform technology, credible
value proposition, a fast growing market, a strong and experienced
management team appropriate for a company's stage of development,
a credible sales plan, unique intellectual property, and
sustainable competitive advantage.
